Jem is an accomplished strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience in Marketing and PR. Her wanderlust has inspired her to work across the globe — with recent stops in London, Washington D.C. and Chicago — collaborating with an eclectic roster of international clients, including entrepreneurs, growing lifestyle brands, record labels, tech companies, arts organizations, and musicians.
Jem has provided PR and marketing for labels such as Universal Music Group, Warner, EMI, and NexGen Music; organizations such as the Future of Music Coalition, Strathmore music venue, Vince Power Music Group, Recording Arts, and Tamborine Productions; festivals such as The Hop Farm Festival, New Generation Arts Festival and Pavarotti & Friends concert series; and music-tech companies such as Indie Ambassador, Datz.com, Mbop megastore and TheBizmo. She now resides in Chicago and represents lifestyle brands including MommyCon, GIT Moms, Active Moms Club, My Little Sleeper, and The Yellow Canoe, to name a few.
During her entrepreneurial journey, Jem has co-founded a music industry networking event series in Washington, DC, run regular marketing workshops and panel discussions, and contributed to several industry platforms. Her next endeavor? She’s considering taking up juggling – a simple task compared to her quest to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
